Blog Neglect

Yes, I've been neglecting my blog. I've been journaling more privately lately, and I've not had much time to edit photos or write about day-to-day happenings. Someday before too long, I'll get some photos ready to post and catch up a little bit. But until then, rest assured I'm still alive and kickin'...

Long-winded Cuss

I am one. Yes, I write a lot. Yes, I analyze a lot. Publishing posts like "Open Book?" and a soon-to-be-published one is my way of working through my thoughts in a semi-organized way and getting them "out there" so I can move on to other things and give others a chance to voice something that may broaden, adjust, or refine my perspective. Yes, some of you roll your eyes and find such posts "painful" to read. Don't read them. I mean it. They're not written for you. They're written mostly for me, and they're published for people interested enough (for some reason) to wade through it. Such readers exist. I promise.

So there.

New Old Posts

Once again, I've posted a bunch of old notes and things I'd written in Facebook, and I posted them under the dates they were originally posted, not today's date, so you'll have to hunt through the history if you want to find them. I wasn't going to post them because they were maybe more personal thoughts and had little to do with being Nomadic, but for now, I think I'm going to make this an all-around blog, not just travels and random experiences, but thoughts and whatnot as well. Or maybe I'll make another blog for my heady ramblings an call it "Clinically Analytical" or something. Yes, hm... Well, for now I'll just keep the one blog. I think that brings my blog up to date.

Backwards Posting

I may start posting old stuff I've written in places like Facebook onto this blog, so if you notice new posts that are actually really old, that's why. Just trying to consolidate, here. :-)

Well, let's see. My first personal blog entry on this, my personal blog. I really just wanted a place where I could post pics of my upcoming vacations for family and friends to check in on. And I'm too tired to write anything right now. But my blog was naked and bashful, so I thought I'd post something completely pointless here. And now I'm going to sleep.
