The end is my favorite. Beautiful.
For the reference of those of you not-so-familiar with Bjork, here's a sample of one of her earlier popular songs and its accompanying nightmare-inducing music video (turn away, Jason, turn away):
And a more recent video that I find really intriguing (um...maybe not exactly family appropriate, considering the two robots' interaction):
She gets some stuff really right (I actually really like some of her stuff), and most of the time, I wonder what the @#$% she's on (even when I like her work). Often, I just end up shaking my head, shrugging, and moving on to something less...odd. Maybe I'm not "artistic" enough to appreciate it. I'm OK with that. Meanwhile, Kristen Wiig still makes me smile lots.

Haha great clip. She sounds exactly like her.
I find that if I stand back and analyze Bjork's songs I can see that she has some valuable things to say, but otherwise her music doesn't speak to me at all.
I don't think 'getting' Bjork has anything to do with being artistic. Nor do I think weird and artistic have to be mutually inclusive. Some people are weirder than others, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are more artsy.
There are several musicians that I have found I can appreciate, but I don't connect with and don't enjoy listening to. (Bjork, Imogen Heap, Beck, etc.) I think maybe I'm just not weird enough, and I think I'm OK with that.
I do however, love Sigur Rós. They're pretty weird too, but their music resonates with me like Bjork's never could.
Magic mushrooms, perhaps.
