I've been reading a lot, today, about politics and happiness and the relationship between ideology and happiness, etc. While discussing it with a friend, he reminded me of a recent episode of Radio West in which Doug Fabrizio interviewed the author of The Happiness Hypothesis, Jonathan Haidt, who explores a scientific perspective behind happiness. He is a self-described atheist and liberal who, incidentally, explores why conservatives are generally happier than liberals.
Interesting stuff. I just ordered the book from Amazon.com.

I look forward to the book report. Or do I have to read it myself? :/
